2. Digital and Tele-health consultations
All online medical consultations are booked and processed through verified third-party tele-health platforms(such as DRTOP).
Because payments are processed directly by the third -party booking gateway, all financial transactions, cancellations and refund requests are subject strictly to the terms of service and refund rules of that specific platforms .
3. Paid Webinars & health Education Services
No- Show Policy: Registration fess for live webinars or digital workshops are generally non refundable if a participant fails to attend the live session.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us via e mail at veena.sabu6@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will no be eligible for a refund, but may be credited toward a future webinar session at our discretion.
Technical Difficulties: in the rare event that a webinar is cancelled or disrupted due to technical failures on our end, a full refund or a link to a rescheduled live session will be provided to all registered participants. We are not responsible for connectivity issues on the particpant’s side.
